Registering company onto different E-Portals like ADNOC SDM, SAP Ariba, Taulia, Tejari etc.
Designing & preparing system Schematic Diagrams, Installation details & Contract/Shop/Layout Drawings.
Responsible for customer satisfaction reports through Customer Feedbacks.
Liasing with clients to identify their projects requirements and make sure that they are met with full compliance.
Technical clarifications with Consultants/Electrical/MEP Contractors & Client.
Preparing Technical reports for the entire Job in Hand projects.
Attending & Meeting Clients, Contractors and Consultants for Project approvals.
Arrange 3rd Party Testing like Load Test, MPI Test, Zone 2 Test.
Work on Project documents as per ISO standards.
Maintaining and integrating project plans.
Tracking & reporting overall progress.
Administering the project budget.
Planning & scheduling resources for a group of projects.
Monitoring resource utilization & performing quality reviews.
Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library.
Coordinate for Training sessions - In House & Client.
Preparation of final Project Reports and projects closure.

Responsible for System Design, Technical Submittals, Specification Compliance & Project Estimation of small and large scale projects in Commercial, Airports, Sea Ports and Oil & Gas Sector.

Preparing the system technical functions and equipment specification of all the above systems.
