Drove the design of intuitive and user-centric experiences for one of
the leading cryptocurrency exchanges in Iran. Led the redesign
process of the trading panel interface, resulting in a 28% increase in
user engagement. Collaborated closely with product managers,
developers, and data analysts to deliver high-impact design
solutions. Conducted extensive user research and usability testing
methods such as A/B testing, heuristic evaluation, etc to gather
qualitative and quantitative data in order inform design decisions.

Designed intuitive user experiences across multiple panels, including
customer, doctor, and admin dashboards, supporting life insurance
purchasing, policy management, and medical workflows. Collaborated
cross-functionally to iterate on designs and validate solutions based
on business needs and research.

Led the floral designers team to cultivate a deep understanding of
color theory, composition, and the art of storytelling through blooms.
Collaborated closely with clients to bring their visions to life. Ideated
a range of floral products for different target customers during
cultural events and international holidays.

Contributed to the design and development of a user-centric
couponing app by creating intuitive and visually appealing user
interfaces. Collaborated closely with the business to iterate on
wireframes and prototypes, ideating visually appealing and functional
UI elements and screens using design tools such as Figma and XD.
