• Liaise with Company’s Representative/Engineer in parsing and analyzing data, SQL manipulation, and report generation.
• Assist in designing and preparation of reports.
• Create reports, investigate anomalies, and propose solutions.
• Prepare monthly invoice, internal memos & letters to Clients.
• Provides administrative support to technical staff.
• Reviewing incoming mail and determine course of action.
• Collects and coordinates data needed by technical staff.
• Maintains records and data utilizing various automated systems( databases, spreadsheets, files etc)
• Customer support and general problem resolution.
• Proper maintenance of files and documentation.
• General office support: answering phones, email, faxing, letter correspondence, opening and
sorting mail.
• Preparing weekly & monthly reports
• Maintains full student records.
• Handling correspondence (email, letter, fax)
• Maintains hard copy and electronic file system
• Assist in drafting and typing various business correspondences and letters.
• Collects and maintains institute’s income and expense.
• Provide training to students in MS office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Internet, Outlook, Programming Languages(c, c++ and .net) and databases(SQL, Access, Oracle) etc.
• Syllabus Preparation, Class time scheduling, batch coordination etc.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as directed by the head/s.
• Teaching programming Oracle database which includes DDL, DML and DCL operations as well as Pl/SQL programming.
• Teaching programming languages including c, c++, assembly language programming (8085 and 8086).
• Teaching Web designing techniques which include HTML, VBScript, ASP etc,
• Conducting theoretical as well as practical classes on Computer Networking.
• Conducting lab sessions for programming languages.
• Conducting lab sessions for Oracle 9i & 10g( Installation and Programming).
• Examination and evaluation of student projects.
