• Serve as the Electrical Discipline Lead and Engineer of Record for assigned projects, ensuring technical compliance, quality,
schedule, and budget performance.
• Lead electrical design and delivery for residential, hospitality, educational, and mixed-use developments, including power
distribution, lighting, small power, emergency power, fire alarm, and other low-voltage systems.
• Perform and review electrical calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports, including load assessments, cable
sizing, voltage drop, fault level, and protection coordination studies using Amtech/Trimble ProDesign.
• Develop and review single-line diagrams (SLDs), distribution board schedules, and electrical design documentation in
accordance with BS 7671, IEC, and CIBSE standards.
• Provide technical expertise in power distribution, service entrance systems, lighting and controls, emergency and standby
power systems, grounding and lightning protection, and fire alarm and ELV systems.
• Deliver resilient, energy-efficient, and electrification-focused designs while coordinating closely with architects, MEP disciplines,
clients, contractors, and authorities.
• Oversee construction administration activities including submittal reviews, RFIs, site observations, and resolution of technical
issues during construction.
• Represent the electrical discipline in client meetings, interdisciplinary coordination, and design reviews.
• Manage engineering deliverables and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to ensure adherence to
quality standards and best engineering practices.
• Support resource planning, proposal development, client engagement, and the continuous improvement of engineering
standards and delivery processes.

• Designed LV electrical systems for student accommodation, hospitality, and educational projects, including lighting, power,
emergency systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Developed single-line diagrams (SLDs), load schedules, and distribution board schedules in accordance with BS 7671 and CIBSE
standards.
• Performed load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop assessments, and protection studies using Amtech to deliver safe and
efficient electrical designs.
