Responsible for receiving of inbound and outbound calls or E-mail or by whataspp of the student’s queries regarding admission process, document verification etc.
Maintain and update the all record of the student’s data in Excel as well as on interface of the university.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to university policies
Research and verify the accuracy of application information
Follow-up with students to verify any application issues, including discrepancies or any missing information.
