• Manage the procurement of a wide range of goods and services to meet the needs and requirements of the company and the client’s project requirement at site
• Receive, evaluate, and process requisitions timely.
• Identify, evaluate, quality, and select the optimal suppliers to source products and services that meet the company and client’s project and operational needs.
• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs to qualified vendors, including specifications, drawings, schematics and scope of work
• Obtain quotation from supplier and send the QCS to the project team for evaluation and approval
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers/vendors to ensure the best possible cost, quality, and delivery conditions
• Prepare POs timely and manage cost improvement initiatives
• Expedite, de-expedite and issue change orders depending on the project and operational requirements
• Identify, address, and resolve any quality issue or disputes that may arise with suppliers and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, and warehousing teams for timely delivery of goods and services to the projects/operating areas
• Liaise with the finance team to process vendor payments
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance
• Provide insights and reports to Managing Director regarding market trends, cost saving/increase, product/service performance, and strategic opportunities

• Plans, organizes, controls and directs the operations of the production area based on demand profile
• Develops and manages the production schedule daily to support the operations including timely completion of orders, communication of out of stocks
• Expedite the urgent order to meet the target delivery.
• Correctly assess whether required parts can be issued from; in-stock inventory or outsourced to supplier
• Monitors, reviews and controls inventory from raw materials to finished goods
• Ensures compliance of all regulatory and plant safety rules, providing instruction in regard to safety procedures and supporting plant EHS Department initiatives
• Inspects the production line for any non-compliances, initiates and implements both preventive and corrective actions that will contain, correct and prevent line problem that comes from machine, process or/and human errors
