(hotels), and Requests for Proposals.
* Preparation of complete BOQ (Preamble, Quantity, and Costs) for Civil and Architectural Works (for Budgetary and Tendering Purposes)
Preparation of the Bill of Quantities and bill of materials
* Monitor progress and accuracy of project quantities.
* Data collection and analysis (manpower, materials, accomplishments, issues, etc.)
* Evaluation of actual work accomplishments and preparation of interim payment applications
