Commercial Visual Merchandiser 2XL LUXURY HOME (2020-Current):

Reporting to Head of VM, as a Commerical advisor for the sales team optimizing commercial strategies for core solutions proposal against business growth objectives. Focusing on maximizing GOP achieved points of sale, providing insight analysis in market to the sales team on selling level.

Commercial Responsibility:

• Lead and inspire the visual and interior designing activity are developed with a range of presentation competence to strengthen the uniqueness in stores.
• Optimize sales by supporting local marketing initiatives, drive traffics to stores by commercial activities and displays.
• Contribute to delivering the dept action plans for specific store design initiatives are focused on to grow our business and supporting vitality and activity commercial calendar.
• Partner with Production and vendor on the creation of local and financial tools like activities including new launches, seasonal celebration/ events.
• Support the retail networks with commercial visibility plans and visual training guide for all POS including new boutiques openings within the regions.
• Ensure all visibility plans are implemented with an on-site visit with suppliers and projects as per individual boutiques requirements maintain the brand standards.
• Responsible for the forecast of purchasing and ordering of all POS materials for the market including the annual POS materials distribution for launches, Seasonal Campaigns, activities in stores to ensure maximum impact for minimal spend.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis on all products, Create and update reports dashboards to present this analysis with a close eye on the trends to collect competitive data.

Marketing Responsibility:

• Coordinate with the ECOM & Marketing by supporting the UAE marketing initiatives (Catalogues, Promotion, Campaigns online and offline initiatives) on the vitality /activity calendar and business plans.
• Ensure the external Media and Digital AD and store communications is aligned with the local Marketing program in coordination with Com & Marketing team
• Responsible for the implementation of the vitality calendar in stores with 360 approaches, planning, alignment with media, commercial implementations.
• Develop, implement and communicate the annual visibility plan for all boutiques, over the Visual Calendar.
• Assist management in crisis by key communication messages and FAQs.
