1. Coordinates with Medical Insurance Companies under NAS Administration Services. (Local and International)
2. Receives daily work request from insurance companies.
3. Analyze and process request from Insurance Company (addition, deletion, amendment, renewal, enrollment of new contract, termination of contract)
4. Checking the Medical Table of Benefits and Members list for any discrepancy.
5. Verify the correct deductible and Co-payment for each policy.
6. Arrange data for each contract as per family before uploading it to our system.
7. Processing medical benefits and limits according to their policy coverage.
8. Send confirmation to insurance companies every processed request.
9. Coordinate with claim center department for any query on medical claims, approvals and benefits for each contract.
10. Reliever when needed.
11. Make a monthly report on the Renewed Contracts.
