Data entry of incoming delivery and outgoing transfer shipments.
Receive ordered items and check them to see if they correspond with
purchasing orders.
Prepare requisition orders for the replenishment of stock.
Maintain stock rotation and ensure disposing off of any outdated or
expired stock.
Update inventory records with new information on a constant basis.
Investigate inventory errors and perform corrective measures.
Perform physical count of inventory and perform reconciliation with
actual available stock.
Coordinate inventory management efforts with purchasing and
warehouse departments.
Create and maintain inventory management records on a consistent
basis.
Correspond with Operations Manager on branches orders.
Prepares records of goods and updates the branches daily.
Update branches weekly stock on hand of warehouse.
Contact suppliers and vendors to order stock and coordinate delivery.
Help maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Provide second-level problem determination on problems reported by
end-users.
Assist end-users in resolving the problem by guiding end-users on
possible solutions.
Researching trends and patterns in the problems users ask about.
