• Monthly check of assets of regional accounts with the help of deputed residence engineers.
• Troubleshooting of WSUS Server and clients.
• Troubleshooting of Antivirus Definitions, Product with respect to server manager and client.
• Cleaning, deleting and quarantining affected files.
• Implementation and support of VMware (ESXi & V-sphere).
• Management of performance monitoring alerts.
• Installation & configuration of Operating systems (MS Windows XP, 7, 8.8.1, 10, Linux product like Redhat, Suse, Fedora, Debian, CentOS & Ubuntu., VMware(ESXi & V-sphere), Jukebox.
• Installation & Configuration of Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013.
• Troubleshooting of Network problems & conflict.
• Maintaining & taking care till closure of day to day issues reported by users.
• Providing support to residence & Field Engineers while configuring of client Machines includes installation of operating Systems, Development Packages, E-Mail Clients (MS Office Outlook), Network Printer, Internet and Antivirus.
• Troubleshoot Network problems to ensure minimum downtime and maximum availability of network.
• Performing routine audit monthly basis of Vendors and Engineers.
