• Receive and count stock items and record data manually, mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, or other labeling equipment.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms and store items in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, expenditures, and goods used or issued.
• Compile, review, and maintain data from purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents in order to assess supply needs.
• Greeting the customers’, take orders and provide information about menu items.
• Operate cash machines and POS to calculate customers’ bills, check bills to see if the correct amount has been displayed and print them out.
• Process credit and debit card payments and ensure that customers’ sign receipts.
• Count cash in the cash register at the end of each shift and ensure that it tallies.
• Record totaled amounts, including expenses in restaurant’s database.
• Call Center; receive customers’ orders thru telephone or mobile.
• Responsible for hygiene and sanitation of the shop.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
