systems to protect the bank (HQ & Branches) and its occupants from fire hazards.
• Energy Efficiency: Implementing energy-efficient solutions such as BMS to reduce
operational costs and environmental impact in HQ & Branches.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring that the facility complies with safety codes &
regulations in HQ & Branches.
• Preventive, Predictive & Corrective Maintenance: Overseeing routine maintenance,
repairs and enhance of MEP systems to minimize downtime and disruptions to
banking services in HQ & Branches.
• Collaboration: Working with other departments, contractors and external vendors
/ stakeholders to coordinate MEP-related projects and renovations in HQ &
Branches.
• Emergency Response: Developing and implementing emergency response plans for
MEP-relates issues, such as power outages or HVAC failure or water leakages in HQ
& Branches.

• Strategic: Develop and maintain mechanical master plan which covers cost efficiency, preventative and corrective maintenance, equipment’s safety testing and evaluation and mechanical principals to be followed through-out all projects by maintenance team.
• Operational: Establish, maintain and ensure all mechanical procedures to be always complied by maintenance team and subcontractors.
