• Advise and assist information Asset Owners (IAO), Business Resumption Plan (BRP) IT DRP managers and other with BCP matters.
• Assess and prioritize Business processes from the resilience/availability perspective Determine/Specify resilience requirement, taking into account interdependencies between process and IT systems support aspects and prepare BC plans.
• Ensure that BC Plans are prepared to a consistent level of quality, accuracy, completeness and detail, typically by preparing suitable templates.
• Assist with BIA and test/exercise planning, determining any associated compliance requirement (e.g. legal obligations to conduct a certain number and type of exercise each year).
• Provide Maintain inventories of critical processes, supporting IT system etc.
• Maintaining the BC/BP - related policies, standard, procedures & guidelines.
• Assist with the coordination and/or delivery of BC/BR related awareness, training and educational activities exercises/tests etc.
• Managing & implementing Business Continuity (BC) & Crisis program according to Allianz group guidelines and local regulation covering and conducting the main business continuity activities such as Business impact analysis (BIA) across companywide, Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), BC Strategy .. etc
• Managing & testing BCPs includes all BC Aspects with BCM Stakeholders.
• Identify the risk assessment and potential internal & external threats in collaboration with BC stakeholders and risk management.
• Embedding Business Continuity culture in the entity through BC Awareness program and customizing a specific workshop and sessions for Business continuity champions (BCCs).
• Identify enrichments to the crisis management program and processes as necessary. Detects and tracks action items resulting from events.
• Align with Allianz group expectations on BCM & Crisis management by assisting Business lines in identification Business Continuity requirements, mitigation actions & implementation.
• Establishing & embedding Business Continuity Strategic for mid & long terms.
• Periodically reviewing upkeep & maintenance of Business Continuity alternate site.
• Facilitating periodic testing of the integration for entity level Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) with operational process.
• Implement Protection & Resilience (P&R) within AzSF in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Completion and align the reporting results of expert functions with regard to self-assessment.
• Establishing P&R functions and corresponding domains.
• Development P&R’s framework including the related controls with expert functions.
• Preparing action plan implementation and adequate P&R Monitoring and reporting system.
• Contact with Allianz P&R Group & informing them about any local or regulations deviations that are less strict than the P&R Standard.

Job Description:
• Follow technological & organizational changes within each assigned Bank’s unit,
coordinating and documenting revisions to existing continuity plans as necessary to
maintain plan accuracy and readiness.
• Assist business units with impact assessment and recovery strategies. Assist in design,
development, documentation & maintenance of business continuity plans.
• Assist in the planning and coordination for testing contingency plans, business recovery
support & business resumption procedures across all functional areas of the bank.
• Assist ensuring that standards & procedures for business continuity documentation are
adopted and adhered to.
• Provide support to business functional areas as requested when a business disruption
occurs.
