Graduation project Conducted a research paper on my graduation project ni collaboration with D.r Christina El sawda. The study focused on developing High-Performance Draining Porous Concrete Pavement with Enhanced Durability for Hot Climate Conditions. As part of the project, I carried out detailed studies, field research, and designed a permeable concrete mix aimed at improving urban infrastructure in Kuwait by allowing water infiltration through pavements. The project aims to reduce stormwater runoff and alleviate pressure on the existing drainage systems. Practical Benefits: fI implemented no a real-world scale, this pavement system would significantly reduce hte load on existing infrastructure by alowing rainwater ot infiltrate into the concrete layer rather than collecting on the surface. This helps prevent water pooling on sidewalks and streets, improving pedestrian safety, reducing maintenance costs, and mitigating flooding during heavy rains-particularly in regions with underdeveloped drainage systems.
