Role and Responsibilities:
Managing the retail design and delivery process between the client tenant and contractors. Direct and
monitor issues related to internal design & tenants fit-out to ensure that they follow Mall requirements &
policies.
Achievements:
During the tenure, managed to complete the following projects
• Coordinating for 20 hypermarkets with approx. area of 2500 to 3500 sqm each with 12 to 15 retail
tenants.
• 4 number of Mall with approx. area of 1100 to 20000 sqm and having 75 to 150 retail tenants
Role and Responsibilities:
Activity sequencing and planning, resource planning, time estimation, scheduling, cost estimation,
budgets, quality control, risk management, project modeling, risk analysis, profitability analysis and team
management.
• Designing and Execution of New and existing store for West region.
• Co-ordination with Various teams such as Business Development, Operations, Marketing and VM
for Smooth functioning of projects.
• Capex reduction for new and existing store.
Achievements:
During the tenure, managed to complete the following projects
• 32 news stores in west region of India
• 41 renovation stores in west region of India

• New concept stores open in Bahrain (1 store), Oman (12 stores), UAE (10 stores) and Saudi
Arabia (5 stores).
• Renovation of all 11-existing store as per new concept.

• Designed & Coordinated for residence and Pent house for Mr. Munod (Owner of Kalpataru
Construction).
• Coordinating with External Architect for A-Grade Projects.

of Hotel - Pune, Mumbai & Goa.
