• Advertisement, short listing, interviewing and assist the appointing authorities for recruitment.
• Supervision Administrative staff team.
• Administrative support field staff of 250 on project site i.e., provision of transport, mess management, housekeeping supervision and orientation to management policies.
• Staff performance checking and recommendations for reward, mediate disputes of employees - employers as well as employees - employees.
• Attend constitutional agencies i.e., courts on behalf of company in legal matters.
• Ensure the implementation of government rules and regulations for transparent conduct of procurement process.
• Compliance with public procurement agency in case of queries.
• Administrative support in the setting and achieving of strategic and organizational goals.
• Management of recreational events for motivation of staff to improve employees’ esteem and workplace environment.
• Arrange meetings and briefings on arrival of high profile guests with protocol at site.
• Liaison with educational institutions by inviting students for internships.
o Maintain the petty cash fund and documentation according to the local petty cash policy.
o Keep office supplies stocks at the required level to fulfill office requirements.
o Ensure efficient planning of vehicle mevements to ensure the optimal utilization of the CRS fleet
o Ensure efficient and timely set-up, running, maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities at the office.
o Ensure that all procurements valued at less than USD 60 are procured in a timely and efficient manner.
o Maintaining employees’ dossier record.
o Maintaining of computerized record of staff working at head office as well as regional enters.
o Issuing appointment letters, transfer letters, notices and termination letters.
o Coordinate with other departments regarding HR matters.
IBA University of Sindh is a prestigious institute in the field of business studies. Major studies areas covered during MBA were Human Resource Management, Strategic HRM, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Relations, Total Quality Management. It was necessary to have an internship for completion of Master's Degree, in this regard an internship of four weeks was completed with the well known autonomous organization of Pakistan in the field of Oil / Gas i.e., Sui Southern Gas Company Limited.
