insure the achievement of the store business objective, As well as to promote and enhance my shop indicators.
·Establish and implements action plans to develop sales for each product category. ·
Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor.
· Ensure the development of motivation, sense of belonging, and business involvement. ·
Ensure and effective operational management for the store, in compliance with internal policies and procedures. ·
Insure good stock management, like inventories, pulling out items, transfers and deliveries.
· Maintain high standers of visual merchandising, cleanliness and image.
· Coordinate with the back office, logistics, marketing and merchandising team regarding new lunches
• Welcome customers into the store; identify their needs through asking questions; recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products; close the sale; provide professional till point service; follow up with regular customers; maintain personal grooming standards; deal professionally with customer complaints. Advise customers about promotions in store.
• Merchandise products as guidelines.
• Rotate stocks to ensure that existing stock is displayed in front of new items on the shelves.
• Check stock Levels daily and recommend orders to the store manager order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
• Ensure all store and office administration, as per manager's request, is completed accurately and on time, including customer database cards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner & demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
• Identify customer needs through asking questions; confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products at every sale opportunity; close the sale
• Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers, issue receipts/ bills against their purchase and provide professional cash point service.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, in line with the company after sales policy.
• Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, in store promotions at all times.
• Maintain clean and organized wrap stands, fitting rooms and stock areas.
• Check stock levels daily and inform of depleting stocks to the store manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
