Mybox conveniently takes care of most of your daily chores (i.e. Laundry, device repair, tailoring, shoe, grocery, pet care etc.) using best service providers. The system is flexible so new services can be added easily. Smart lockers fitted inside residential and commercial buildings give 24/7 access. Mobile apps allow pickup and delivery from customer’s selected address to avail services conveniently. The whole system is based on franchise model and can be replicated in other cities easily. Currently system is deployed in Qatar as Laundrybox. My responsibilities include:

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specification
• Build robust and scalable application architecture to meet business requirements
• Discuss and communicate technical details between members and outsourced team
• Test and deploy on Test and Production servers, automate tasks as much as possible
• Track and fix issues communicated by customer service agents and customers
• Manage servers, kiosks and infrastructure of the company
• Helped in impressive growth of the company

I joined Prime Technologies in September 2011 and working with them till date. I have been outsourced to Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority and working on Sharepoint projects.

I joined SSI as Principal Software Engineer in 2007. Later I was promoted to Project Manager in 2010. During my stay I worked on some projects related to business process and financial markets.

I joined the Company as Senior Software Engineer. I was promoted and currently I am the Team Lead and System Architect for LRMIS (Land Record Management Information System) which is being developed for Government of Punjab. This software is developed to computerized the Land Records in the province. This system maintains Person information as Family Trees, Ownership information, Land Information, Transaction history etc. We are using Biometric devices and Cameras for person verification and authentication. Tools used are VS2005 and SQL Server 2005. Its a web application and ASP.Net is used with C#.

As I was good in developing algorithms therefore I was given the taskt to develop Urdu ActiveX controls. These controls are now used for development of software in native language Urdu.
