- Meet with the sales representatives to develop an implementation plan to ensure the sales team achieves their sales and gross profit targets.
- Hire, monitor, train and coach sales representatives to ensure each employee has proper training to make sure they meet their sales targets.
- Establish standards for marketing and advertising by analyzing the profitability and success of advertising campaigns.
- Analyze customer satisfaction reports to make recommendations to improve customer service and retention.

- Marketing and Sales of EPC projects in the field of oil and gas, power plants, ship building, automotive as well as production facilities equipment & machineries

- Managing Supply chain of a big variety of local and imported raw materials and machineries / equipment for an FMCG manufacturing plant.
- Contracts management to ensure a cost-effective, qualitative, on-time & responsive end-to-end supply chain.
- FIPPA ( Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Act ) management, including the foreign investment permission and commitments accomplishment
- Getting local and state authorized entities permissions ( FIPPA, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Industries, Customs, etc. )
- Budgeting CAPEX and OPEX
• Responsible for managing the local automotive parts' development & supply of automotive parts for Renault manufacturing plants in a highly demanding technical environment.
• Operating as part of a global functional network and as a key member of the regional and international management team driving the business forward while ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
• Managing a wide range of international and local OEMs to deliver cost-effective, qualitative and compliant, responsive growing business.
• Scope of Activities : Seats, Glasses, Sealing, Cross Car Beam, Wiping and washing mechanisms, Safety Belts and Lighting
• Responsible for purchases from a diverse portfolio of managed companies, listed as Unilever PLC, BAT, Energizer, Supermax, Wrigley and Rickette Benckiser
• The responsibilities included management of advising clients on international trade ( imports & exports ), Contract Management, Pricing, Terms and conditions, Export credit and management of local brands ( mainly food ), Commercial documentation supervision, Banking relations development, Managing Customs' and other government formalities particular with regard to importing and exporting rules ( Standards, Health Requirements, specific requirements, etc. )
