I have also worked on reducing the manual deburring and tapping time in the fitting department and have achieved comprehensive success in it with the help of threadmill, chamfer tool, deburring brush, jigs etc.. I am also helping my seniors in designing fixtures and calculation of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). I have also worked in place of a supervisor for five months in this firm.
Degree: Bachelor of Engineering Stream: Mechanical Percentage: 60% (BE) Year Of Passing: May 2013 Institution: Rizvi College of Engineering University: Mumbai University PROJECT INFORMATION FOURTH YEAR: AUTOMATED MULTIPURPOSE WHEELCHAIR The basic concept or purpose of this wheelchair is to make all the manual operations of a wheelchair automatic and also add some extra functions to it. We used 5 motors in this wheelchair. These motors were the wiper motors of a car, its rpm was about 1800. Two of them were used to provide the forward and backward motion and also turning. One motor was used in the Lifting mechanism of the base, on which the operator sits. The leg rest and the back rest were attached with one motor each, they help in their clockwise and anti-clockwise motion according to the requirement of the operator. The leg and the back rest can be made collinear with the base part, just like a bed, if the operator wants to roll on another bed. The wheelchair can also be raised to match the height of the bed. All these motions can be controlled using a remote control including the forward, backward and rotation motion, helping a handicapped person to become self-sustained.
