The Program must be managed and leaded in an excellent way and also, company’s strategies must be developed efficiently so that the program goals and desirable outcomes are achieved in a timely manner.

Program Scope: This program consisted of 7 EPC, large scale, multi-disciplines and too complex industrial projects that mainly consist of activities: Site Preparation, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, installation of equipment, Automation and Instruments, Commissioning, Start-up and finally Delivering.
In this program, on a typical day, in addition too many tools, different types of cranes, batching plants and heavy vehicles like, loaders, bulldozers, trucks … at least 400 people worked only in projects sites, included project manager, site managers, engineers and workers.

PM is Responsible for, but not limited to: Delivering projects of program against agreed scopes, budget, schedule, quality according owners expectations.

The Main Responsibilities:

As deputy project manager, I must reported to project manager and oversaw each phase of a project from beginning to end. Essentially, I had to ensure that all tasks were completed correctly, on time and within budget.
