Light Naphtha Hydro treating.(LHT) Section.
Naphtha Hydro Treating Section removes Sulphur, Nitrogen, Oxygen and metals (arsenic and led) from naphtha with the help of Hydrogen in the presence of Nickel UOP (S-120) Catalyst are used in Down Flow Reactor.
Isomerization is the principal reaction occurring in the Penex reactors. It is the conversion of normal paraffin’s to iso-paraffin in the presence of UOP Platinum (I-82) catalyst.LHT and Penex unit having capacity 7000 BPSD and product RON 89 for motor gasoline.
HYDRO Section
•Splitter section
•Light hydro reactors with COMO Catalyst (22 kg/cm2g, 345 C).
•High pressure centrifugal pumps (45 kg/cm2g).
•H2 Compressor (Double acting single stage, PD, 40kg/cm2g, 5500Nm3/hr).
•Natural draft furnace (Fuel Gas + Fuel Oil) > Electric heater.
•DIH with side draw recycle (Chromatograph controlling).
•Liquid feed and H2 gas dryer (Synthetic zeolite Moisture absorbent).
•Heat exchanger & Fin Fan Coolers.
PENEX Section:
•Feed driers/Makeup gas drier FSD (Feed Surge Drum).
•UOP Penex Reactor Stabilizer Section. NGS (Net Gas Scrubber)/ Sweetening of Gas

DCS OPERATOR AT NHT-ISOM UNIT (HONY WELL DCS Experion-PKS R-410)
ISOMERIZATION UNIT:
Currently I performing my duty as DCS Panel Operator at NHT-Isomerization Unit (Penex-DIH) its production capacity is 7, 000 BSPD and product RONC is 89 for Motor Gasoline and Refinery Production capacity is 54, 000 BSPD.
Naphtha Distillation FBRN split into HSRN & LRSN, LSRN treat into Naphtha Hydro Treating Section.

Splitter Section, Hydrotreator Unit (Light Naphtha Hydro treating ), HOT Penex with DIH Section, Makeup Gas and liquid Feed Dryer& Regeneration system, Stabilizer (RVP Control), NGS (Net Gas Scrubber) Sweetening of Gas, Natural draft furnace (Fuel Gas + Fuel Oil) Electric heater, Hydrogen Compressor (Double acting single stage, PD Compressor), Fin Fan Coolers, 2 & 3 Phase Separator, Cooling Tower, Chemical Dosing like PCE & DMDS and Wash water injection in system, Oil Mist Generation System.
