Worked as a senior project engr., was assigned on Samref clean fuels project.
Responsible for execution of process piping installation, and erection of metering skids, flow control computers etc. the project consist of supply of hydrogen from Yanpet to Samref.

Worked with Olayan Descon Engineering Co. Yanbu-KSA 2009 to 2012:

Worked as a Production Leader / In charge at Yanbu, I have managed the fabrication of around 1500 ton vessel / tanks 2000 ton steel structure and 50, 000 dia inch piping, manufacturing of 6 new and maintenance of 12 heat exchangers and maintenance of 2 N0s. Cladded columns utilizing the work force of 20 Supervisor and 400 peoples of various other Mechanical crafts like fabricators, welder, fitters etc at peak. Fabrication of 46 U stamp SS and CS vessels is in progress. My responsibilities are manpower deployment, fabrication process control, setting the daily targets and progress monitoring and reporting,
Prioritizing the jobs as per committed delivery dates, Coordination with QC and design team and with client representatives, Implementations of ISO 14001, 2000 and 9001 procedures / requirements, identification of training needs of employees,
I have been working on marketing and estimation / Proposals of Mechanical manufacturing and plant maintenance works,

Executed piping project at Saudi Armco Yanbu Refinery during 2011 TRS as a Site In charge, Project involved piping up gradation and modifications, new tie ins for chloride treater and fuel gas piping, replacement of PZV header of crude distillation column, installation of chloride treater vessels and coallesser drums and erection of steel structures and platforms.
Worked as project leader (Project Management Group) for a diesel tank construction project at Saudi Armco Jeddah Refinery in 2010, lube oil storage tanks construction project at Petromin Jeddah Plant
Worked as a Planning and execution engineer for piping project at Yanpet plant at Yanbu, Project involved piping modification for installation of new control valves on plant air and boiler feed water lines, Duplex piping and hot tapings.
Worked as a planning and execution engineer for Aromatic Reactor inlet/outlet nozzles replacement project during shut down at IBN RUSHD Plant at Yanbu
As a site manager executed project at Rabigh Cement Plant for replacement of feeding and discharge system of homogenizing Silos.

2. CB&I-UAE (Chicago Bridge and Iron Company-An American Company):

Worked as Project Engineer since March, 2007 to 2008 on GASCO 3rd Train NGL Ruwais Project
Job Location: Dubai and Ruwais, UAE.
Project involved construction of 4 Double Wall Low pressure doom roof Propane tanks of 84000 m3 capacity each and one floating roof Pentane Tank. (Tanks were having with foundation heating system, leak detection system, elevators, electric hoists for pumps rigging at roof, suspended deck, PRVs, VRVs, submerged discharge pumps, PUF Insulation outside of inner shell, concrete outer shell

Worked with EEC in Pakistan as a Mechanical construction Engineer K3 Bulk water supply scheme, project consisted on Construction of 72 inch dia and 150 mtr long CS pipe line.
