Responsible for monitoring and verifying the trades of Equity, Fixed income, Repo's, FX spots & forwards are received and are processed

Evaluated more than 9, 000 deals, with FX volume in excess of $15 bn. Identified and suggested the change in FX service model that reduced the spread cost by 70%
Responsible to define & document the process as a part of business reengineering of the migration of portfolio accounting system to Simcorp Dimension (SCD)
Active participation and timely completion of the various business initiatives, system change management, and rollout/migration by way of performing UAT’s and help in achieving project delivery within given timelines
Collaboration with senior management and global custodians and work closely with internal stakeholders like Equities, fixed income and settlement teams
Own high priority and issues, take responsibility for capacity planning and resource management to support the day to day business requirements

Responsible for Middle & Back office operations for Fixed Income, local & Intl Equities, Islamic Sukuk, and Mutual Funds for wealth management desk
Managing transactions that are large in value & complex in nature, ensuring their successful settlement, avoiding financial losses, audit & risk issues.
Responsible for trade confirmations settlements, funding, accounting & valuation of all the asset classes
Daily updating P&L & monthly reporting of revenue of all investment products to Head of Treasury
Managing cash flows for all the settlement, funding nostro accounts & accounting in T24 (core Banking)

Handling securities services cash management and FX activities for domestic and regional custody.
Monitoring funding requirements and ensuring transactions are properly funded and cash is managed
Notify, explain, and solicit decisions from clients on all corporate action events
Investigation of failed trades, liaise with DFM and ADX for trade rejections

Overall administrable control of funds portfolio, processing trades, payments, FX, redemptions, tax reclaim, incomes, fees, accruals etc.
Participating in the projects relating to new systems, system enhancements to improve efficiency and reducing manual intervention & reducing cost
Improved team’s performance by mentoring teammates and improving on existing standard operating procedures
Ensure client delivery as per SLA and defined timelines, timely action on client and ability to deliver value added solutions
