Contracts - Project Management Role
Client Contract/Purchase Order assessment for jobs at Bidding/Enquiry stage, Highlighting to Estimation Team at Pre-Sales stage Milestones, Financial & legal points to be discussed with Client, suggesting cost considerations in estimations for specific requirements in contracts.
Contract Assessment done when Contracts/PO are awarded by Client by comparing it with Pre-Sales highlights & negotiation done, to formulate suitable strategies & contract budget for execution of contracts with financial and commercial controls in consultation with Management.

Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers & reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve ‘best price/best quality’ purchasing, providing sourcing input to colleagues to aid business planning & development.
