✓ Implementation and Support of SAP Project Systems at Wasco Engineering International Limited at the United Arab Emirates
✓ Lead and advice business process improvement on SAP PS enablement initiatives
✓ Drive SAP PS solution design activities - Enterprise Structure, Master Data, Transactional and Reporting, RICEFW
✓ Review and finalize configuration and RICEFW documents
✓ Preparation of Business Blue Print (BBP), Key Data Structure (KDS) & File Repository Servers (FRS) documents basis on discussion & understanding of As-Is business
✓ Configuration of PS structures: WBS, Milestone, Network, Cost Planning, Budgeting, AVAC, Settlement & Version profile for Projects
✓ Functional specification preparation for development objects
✓ Integration knowledge with CO, FI and MM, SD and PP
✓ Perform Build - Enterprise Structure, Master Data, Transactional, Mapping and reporting
✓ Identify source system process intervention which requires data and process change at source
✓ Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, execute testing (UT, SIT), support testing (UAT), review test result and support defects resolution
✓ Perform cutover related activities
✓ Perform issue resolution during hypercare period

✓ Implementation and Support of (Asia’s first 5D BIM + SAP Expressway Project) Digital Project Management Platform including 5D-BIM, SAP, CDE, GIS Systems & Establishment of Owner’s Support Office for Nagpur-Mumbai Super Communication Expressway (Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg)
✓ Successful implementation & integration of 4 major software & ensure adoption of a digital project management platform comprising 800 users
✓ Interact with OEMs (Primavera, SAP, Bentley, GIS) directly on a frequent basis for improvising digital project monitoring platform
✓ Proactively led a team of 4 Package coordinators in direct liaison with Authority Engineer (MSRDC) to deliver object-oriented results across the project lifecycle
✓ SAP PS integration with Primavera P6 & Synchro 4D Pro

✓ Project Coordination with Client, Authority Consultant, Project Team, Preparation of BOQ, Cost Estimation, Planning, and Scheduling, checking of RCC, Structural & Architectural Drawings.
✓ Involvement in detail engineering i.e. analysis, and review of 3D models.
✓ Issue the engineering drawings and layouts for IFCs and coordinate with the other discipline in the integration of the technical data inputs.
✓ Quantity Surveying, Billing for Client, Contractor, and Lender’s Independent Engineer.
✓ Tracking the progress of works and keeping a check on monthly targets and achievements, slippages, and recoveries on Primavera P6.
✓ Preparing Monthly and Quarterly Progress reports, Inspection in accordance with the Contract provision, and ensuring their authenticity
✓ Preparation of Contract Price Weightages (Schedule G/H) in accordance with the Contract provisions.
✓ Collaborating extensively with all internal and external stakeholders (VM, Finance, IT, HR, PMC, etc.) for flawless execution of property transformation and launch.
✓ Research and develop ways to implement SAP in the construction industry.

✓ Project Coordination with Client, Authority Consultant, Project Team, Preparation of BOQ, Cost
Estimation, Planning, and Scheduling, checking of RCC, Structural & Architectural Drawings.
✓ Discussions on AS-IS process for the projects in the Legacy system
✓ Involvement in detail engineering i.e., analysis, and review of 3D models.
✓ Issue the engineering drawings and layouts for IFCs and coordinate with the other discipline in the
integration of the technical data inputs.
✓ Quantity Surveying, Billing for Client, Contractor, and Lenders Independent Engineer.
✓ Tracking the progress of works and keeping a check on monthly targets and achievements,

✓ Research and develop ways to implement SAP in the construction industry.
