Manage acquisition policy and strategy for the conventional and Islamic Credit Cards across mass and premium segments.
Launch Super premium Card - Mashreq Solitaire (Visa Infinite).
Manage existing portfolio of Mashreq Core Cards (Vanilla Products).
Launching and Managing the new Shariah compliant Islamic credit card.
Building partnerships, alliances to further enhance the product proposition.
Coordination and interaction with MIT, Operations, Credit, Quality, PMO, Shariah board to ensure timely rollout of Projects and assignments.
To work with DST and Alternate channels to define acquisition strategies, incentive schemes, sales promotions to meet business objectives.
Responsible for making decisions on product features and marketing campaigns.
Revenue generation with strategically significant portfolio Upgrade project.
To effectively drive cards acquisition through Non DS channels maintaining optimum product mix.
To increase premium cards percentage in portfolio and increase higher revenue generating card products to achieve optimum premium mix .
Maximizing cards cross sell ratio across consumer banking products.
Maximizing revenue opportunity from existing customer base through Upgrade, Cross sell & pre-embossed programs.
To improve credit card related processes and increase efficiencies facilitating better TAT.
Reduce waste and rework through WOW project.
Effectively Manage CPA across alternate channels and direct sales channels.
Manage regular trainings and sales contest across alternate channels.
Work with credit policy to ensure balanced approach between risk and revenue .
Formulate and execute marketing strategies for acquisitions.
Working with cross functional teams for designing optimum strategies in terms of operational process risk and fraud control and customer convenience.
Lead and drive the sales/business development of Credit cards and Personal loans.
Contribute towards enhancing market share growth and long term profitability.
Development & maintaining motivation level of channels/teams.
Contribute towards the development of human resources and sales expertise.
Safeguard the Bank from potential loss through process and controls.
Enhance customer satisfaction and instill a sales and service culture in the Bank.
Managing staff attrition & ensuring higher productivity levels across sales teams.
To direct and guide sales and service activities of the Team and by implementing action plans to bring sales culture, change in attitude from a reactive culture to a proactive sales culture.
The job also involved better coordination of sales activity among the branches, direct sales and CIC, Credit OPs and RCP.
Management of the customer data base & maximizing the conversions.
To manage and maintain service standards ensuring they are in line with the benchmarks.
Plan, manage and execute sales strategy to achieve an all time upward sales curve.
Ensure ongoing performance improvements of Direct sales Executives through good coaching and guidance, regular feedback and encouragement
