Project Head, Repair and Maintenance with Hafil Transport, M Y NAGHI GROUP, from July 2016 to 5th of November, 2019 managing a fleet of Buses, 2200 in strength. These buses were provided for Saudi government run school operations and maintained road worthy with full compliance to TATWEER guidelines. The task was achieved by stewarding a multinational workforce of Area Managers, Engineers, Supervisors distributed in various locations of Saudi Arabia.

• Administration and management of Central Workshop and 27 branch workshops spread in KSA and GCC having a multinational staff of around 125 to maintain the company owned fleet of 1000 units comprising of Farm Equipment, Construction Equipment, Reefer Vans, Sedans, Trucks, Buses, Heavy Duty Engines Etc. and around 10, 000 Coolers in the market.
• Submitting yearly budget of all Workshops at all branches.
• Planning, maintaining, ensuring capital replacement for all assets
• Monitoring / controlling inventory levels of spare parts.
• Developing & training all employees’ regarding latest techniques and HSE.
• Provide feedback to staff that are not performing to the expected level and ensure Human Resources Department are informed of trends in performance.
• Decisions for outsourcing of service and Insurance claim settlements.
• Act as a technical adviser on key projects and other areas of the business as requested.

To provide and maintain high level of client service. Workshop Management and machinery maintenance. To enforce safety and security measures. Provide best aftersales service to the clients to maintain the growth rate of the business. Qualitative and quantitative research for sourcing spares machinery and equipment. To prepare and review all sales and purchase contracts of spares, equipment and service. To handle insurance cases, Budgeting, careful planning and implementation of austerity measures. Estimation and execution of plans for the purchase, refurbishment and sale of used vehicles. To identify the allied areas to establish individual profit center. To provide technical and commercial assistance to the sub dealers in my area.

Coordination of maintenance work of Light, Heavy duty vehicles and equipment including cars, Busses, Trucks, Fire Fighting equipments, Compressors, Welding Sets, etc by utilizing a multination workforce including mechanics, operators and drivers. Providing of transport and equipment facilities to various departments based on their needs and requirements. Maintaining strict H S E requirement and placing orders for spares and related material.

To suggest, describe and support the base line fleet maintenance workshop practices. Administration and training a staff of 135 employees. To design and implement the standard operating procedures for the various divisions of the department. To plan effective monitoring and development the programmers in line with the changing technologies. To analyze the performance of maintenance programmes and coordinate with concerned departments of the project to evolve strategies for implementation in day to day operation. To coordinate with purchase and stores department. Member of the technical services committee a decision making body on policy and personal matters of project

To look after the maintenance of the company fleet which is provided to the various clients. Provide technical and commercial assistance to the sub dealers in my area. To enforce the warranty policy of the company regarding various components of the vehicles, Industrial Engines and other Equipments. To ensure that customers are fully availing the various company benefits like free service camps, free modifications etc. To analyze the data gathered from the field regarding performance of the product and submit the same to the O E M for further processing.
