•Responsible in handling HVAC Design, Tendering (Take off) and Execution. Material submitting and following approvals. Responsible for reviewing and coordinating the HVACs, plumbing, and firefighting works. Making Site supervision with consultant and effective implementing work as per drawing on site.
•Following all the technicality issue with the consultant. Reviewing all the inspection report and resolving the entire relevant problem in construction. Preparing all shop drawing as per tender drawing and Co-ordaining with all in-house services. Ensuring effective implementing Quality standard at site.
•Verify close out all system punch list prior to start commissioning. Co-ordinate all commissioning activities, review and submit to consultant. Documented reports of progress made in project. Coordinated with HVAC contractors and engineering forms that prepare commissioning. Co-ordinate update to the operation in charge of the project. Ensure smooth mobilization of commissioning equipment on site

•Responsible to serve as the site representative for all matters related to HVAC work. Review approve & process all mechanical technical submittals. Coordinate &supervise the works of all mechanical activities & operations. Checking the shop drawings, taking quantity of material required. Monitoring the workers, ensure the safety of the workers.
