• Business development of Heavy Equipment’s Spare parts and Service in Qatar.
• Define parts and service sales opportunities in Qatar in order to realize the annual budget.
• Conduct outdoor & indoor parts and service sales.
• Establish a visit plan and schedule ongoing, systematic visits with customers.
• Conduct regular visits to customer’s job site to inspect machines and leverage parts and service sales opportunities by offering reliable solutions to customer’s requirements.
• Prepare quotations to customers; follow up on quotations & receive orders.
• Confirm orders & receive order confirmations from suppliers, prepare costing & send requisition to HO for release of purchase order & payment to the supplier.
• Prioritize & follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to the customers.
• Read and Interpret parts from catalogues (EPC & Manual) for different types of machinery.
• Recommend alternate solutions to customers on emergency requirements for parts & service.
• Bulk sales of consumable spare parts for periodical consumption to individual customers based on their machinery specific models and population.
• Prepare periodical Sales reports, Inventory reports and Sales plan to the management.
• Prepare periodical Stock order lists, get quotation from suppliers, prepare costing & send PRQ’s to head office for approval.
• Follow-up on requisitions for Purchase orders & payments to suppliers.
• Ensure adequate stock of fast moving parts at any point of time.
• Check & ensure correct documents from supplier for trouble-free custom clearance at the ports.
• Generate warranty claims to suppliers and follow up for credit notes.
• Parts Inventory control & Warehouse management.
• Ensure FIFO stock management is followed.
• Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.

• Responsible for stocking & sales of Ashok Leyland commercial vehicles spare parts.
• Listing out & procurement of spare parts from Ashok Leyland.
• Liaison with supplier for spare parts procurement, shipments, etc.
• Arrange documentation & follow custom clearance of spare parts from sea port through clearing agent.
• All types of technical support on spare parts requirement for external customers & to workshop.
• All Material Management & Sales Distribution of spare parts on SAP

Represented Castrol India Ltd under a full time CMS agreement with SKF India Ltd, Pune as a Program
Leader, managing a team of 10 people (2 Supervisors & 8 Fluid Handlers) working on shift basis.

Maintenance & Continuous monitoring of all Coolant & Lubrication Systems to ensure uninterrupted
production of different kinds of bearings.


Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP’s) and its implementation with the help of SKF six sigma team
for reducing system downtimes, oil/coolant consumption, arresting of leakages, system improvements for better efficiency, reduced unit production time, etc.


Periodical meetings with SKF Management for new process improvements and implementations.


Continuous look out for new business opportunities, initiate new product trials, monitor continuously
and standardize the product for business growth.

• Preventive maintenance and Breakdown repair of Batching Plants, Concrete Pumps & Transit Mixers of various capacities under a ‘Product Support Agreement (PSA)’ with ‘Larsen & Tourbo ECC Division’ at SLHEP -Assam.
• Handled a team of technicians at the site, allocated shifts & assigned jobs for them.
• Assigned regular maintenance jobs to the technicians & follow up for the completion of jobs.
• Continually follow up the statuses of machines at the project sites.
• Attend the emergency breakdowns to minimize machinery downtime & provide 24x7 supports.
• Maintained a spare parts warehouse with good inventory of parts for the active machines at the site.
• Coordinate with Regional office for any supports required at site.
• Follow-up & receive month service agreement payments from L&T regularly, bank deposit to company account & update to regional office.
