Key Achievements as Inventory accountant :
-Recording incoming and outgoing movements for each item of all materials and
for each work site and charging the costs of spent materials to the beneficiary
cost centers.
-Matching what is in the inventory with what is registered in the system and
amending it in accordance with the company’s system.
-Note the inventory deficit and increase on a monthly basis.
-Modify inventory data on Al-Ameen program in real time.
-Recording every sale or purchase of materials in the inventory.
-Follow-up and audit purchase invoices and enter them into the Al-Ameen
program.

A revenue accountant is primarily responsible for managing and tracking a companys total revenue, managing, recording, and reporting all of an organizations revenue streams in accordance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This includes analyzing financial data, creating detailed reports, and reconciling accounts so that company leaders can make informed business decisions.

Key Achievements as finance accountant :
-Entering financial data into the Al-Ameen program for accounting and
warehousing.
-Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with
relevant laws and regulations .
-Preparing and maintaining important financial reports and budget planning.
-Evaluating financial operations to recommend best practices, identify issues and
strategize solutions, and help organization run efficiently .
-Preparing bank exchange orders and implementing cash transfers necessary for
the companys workflow.
-Assisting the financial manager in preparing the financial statements and final
accounts.

I have been a volunteer in the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC), with
more than two years’ experience in different disaster management teams.
It wasn’t an ordinary experience that I had in humanitarian work, as it was rich
and inspiring by all standards, and provided me with many experiences, through
which I developed many skills.
Key Achievements:
My main and first task is to communicate directly with the beneficiaries to
know their full needs and follow up on their cases
Also :
-Contribute to needs assessment and data collection for strategic programme
planning as agreed upon with the Line Manager.
-Work with the line manager and other project officials to set goals to develop
and enhance an effective humanitarian response.
-Assist the assessment team manager in developing application forms and
supporting documents to select the most vulnerable beneficiaries according to
the criteria set in collaboration with the distribution team manager.
-Assisting the media team and gaining some experience in design programs and
photo archiving.
-Participation in the response of the shelter of (Al tallaeh) because of strong
rainstorm led to subvert the existing tents and damage Purposes exist inside the
tent (Mattress- blankets ... etc). And through the re-installation of tents and
distributing nutrients and non - food items necessary.
