- GOSI & Labor relation group leader with responsibilities of:
 Monitor, supervise, guide and direct employees during daily operations

 Assist PMP administration

 Support and provide feedback to enhance HR policies and procedures
 Work closely with other divisions assist line managers and supervisors in understanding and implementing the HR policies and procedures

 Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the HR services administrator
- SAP ERP System development team member with responsibilities of:
 SAP Subject matter expert (HR business SME)
 Address HR business requirement and suggest enhancement area
 Plan and manage systems and processes
 Liaise with IT and HR department user representatives, as well as planning and technical staff to understand, gather and analyze user requirements, scope projects and identify IS business process improvements
 Map and continuously improve HR business processes to optimize system functionality
 Develop new and revised human resource policies in systems, methods, programs and processes to improve internal operations and service delivery in collaboration with management and employees services
 Conduct tests and administer new functionality in HR systems based on business requirements
 Test all developments and enhancements prior to Implementation
 Monitor system performance and perform fault finding investigations
 Manage and work closely with internal / external providers on projects related to implementation and improvement of HR systems from inception to completion
 Meet with IT, Finance and other department contacts to ensure all aspects of HR Systems are addressed
 Participation in Business System Delivery meeting and lock scope meetings
