•Share the monthly load plan with processing and execution of load plan to achieve the shipment dates.
•Arrange accessories through merchandiser of all the customers and ensure the timely delivery of accessories.
•Share the monthly load plan with stitching and set the target of completion of goods before five working days of shipment.
•Doing effective communication and Correspondence through email with the marketing staff and production staff to keep the order movement on time and to raise alarms well in advance if there is a problem.
•Developed the planning module with the power of forecasting, bottle-necks elimination, and maximum capacity utilization.
•Investigate the reasons of excess wastage to minimize the wastage in future.
•Keep the fabric & accessories on production floor in advance to avoid the bottle-necks and increase the targets.
•Arrange outsourcing of knitting/dyeing/stitching in case of overcapacity load
•Day by Day follow-up of every order from yarn /fabric/dying/stitching/accessories
•Proper feeding to all units such as knitting/dying/stitching
•Make sure the implementation of every stage
•Time & Action plan of every customer and inform marketing about the delivery dates in advance.
•Commitments of goods delivery date with marketing
•Managing the greige & finish folding fabric warehouse
•Converted the all manual system to ERP.
•ERP implementation from yarn issue to finish fabric dispatching
•Checking of greige & finish fabric as per quality.

•Planning of the dying of fabric on daily basis.
•Controlling on the stoppages of dying machines.
•Review customers Orders/Delivery Schedule to ensure fabric supply meets production schedule demands.
•Coordinate with production for timely delivery of fabric
•Managing the stock in ERP.
•Closing of sales orders
•Ensure correct identification and storages at pre define locations which can be checked in system & physical.
•Complete follow up of from dying department and production department.
•Proactively decision making to meet the requirement of stitching units.
Leadership position; with responsibility to modify & maintain new procedures for improvements & Follow up complete Production plan also implement change initiatives for sustainable production improvements.
Key responsibilities:
•Working in Raw material & finished goods warehouse.
•Responsible for implement and maintaining inventory system with accuracy.
•Supervise weekly & monthly counts of production items.
•Review Raw Material Orders/Delivery Schedule to ensure raw material supply meets production schedule demands.
•Maximum and proper utilization of available stock and resources.
•Provide regular input to ensure effective distribution of stock to shop floors.
•Using the push strategy for increasing the production.
•Ensure correct identification and storages at pre define locations which can be checked in system & physical.

•Review production contractors billing with verified production records.

•Plan and ensure Finish Goods stock inventory accuracy as per location. Planning and implementation of all merchandise issuance and ensure control of wrong issuance.
•To make a plan based on marketing department & commit date s for Finish Folding delivery and for finished goods.
•Complete follow up of from processing & folding & production and marketing.
•Controlling on ERP of duplication of inventory.

•Responsible for maintaining record on Excel & ERP for invert and outward movement of fabric.
•Discuss daily issues and lope holes which effect planning on daily basis with the concerned production persons
•To look after E-Cats Project (SIMs, MNP, Duplication, Value added services) .
•Ensuring secondary sales of Sims, SC, MNP.
•Set the daily and weekly targets.
•Meet sales goals and objectives assigned by Sales Director
•To manage Direct Sales Officer
•Daily morning briefing and point out the area for selling.
•Educating SOs about various promos/procedures/products time to time.
