Ensure that all Project Controls activities are in accordance with Project Controls plan and Project Procedures Including preparation of schedules, cost reports, cash flow and variance analysis.

Lead a multidisciplinary team of Project Control staff to ensure Project costs and schedule are effectively managed through the various stages of a project.

Understand and implement the Project Controls and Cost Management Plan.

Monitor and integrate schedule performance with cost performance measurements and projections.

Ensure that the costs are being continuously collected. As well, proper feedback to estimating during and post execution of project Forecasting.

Lead and oversee assistance and guidance to the Project Manager in the proper Contract Management of the Client Contract

Provide input to Project Manager of risk levels for the Project and Keep the project team informed of barriers to maintaining budgets.

Lead and oversee analyzes and evaluation of the Project’s subcontract(s).

Ensure that the Project is properly resourced with competent Project Controls staff.

Develop detailed schedules with resource/cost loading at the activity level.

Establish the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in coordination with the Project Manager.

Prepare internal budget and monitor cost variances for projects within an organization.

Compile and present monthly commercial reports to management, indicating actual costs, forecasts and variances.

Prepare and update the PDN analysis of the projects, managing the projects PDN register and reporting on risk activities.

Ensure that the costs are being continuously collected. As well, proper feedback to estimating during and post execution of project Forecasting.

Checking that hiring of man power, labor cost, purchase of materials, subcontracting and CapEx are consistent with the budget.

Develop and update on a monthly basis the project staffing plan to make sure the deployed employee with right skill will deliver the project requirements and comply with budgeting and financial needs.

Working with Owner Team at SADARA PROGRAM to manage HP LDPE Project asset worth more than 400 Million USD, my key responsibilities are to cover 4 sections (Cost, Risk, WER Management and Business Administration) not limited to following:

Developing and monitoring Owner / EPC budget, expenditures and commitments.

Participating in PMC Cost/Progress meetings to resolve issues, providing direction and support.

Logging and tracking Change Alerts to monitor Scope Change Management Process in Skire system.

Reviewing and evaluating PMC, EPC or other Contractor's Project Deviation Notices/Overall project budget impact.

Incorporating Scope Change into forecast.

Integrating estimates and schedules into comprehensive cash flow. In addition, developing and maintaining forecast.

Managing Risks for HP LDPE Asset thru monthly risk review sessions and Active Risk Manager (ARM) Tool.

Monitoring of black swan report to identify potential risks for the project and devise strategies for mitigation.

Tracking progress of risks within the risk register and ensuring progress is made towards closing out risks within appropriate timeframes.

Developing risk management and contingency analysis of the PMT costs/budgets.

Providing to the Project Manager WER Management support in developing, negotiating, processing and monitoring the WER.

Ensuring WER development, scope and deliverables comply with SADARA program policies and procedures and comply with the PMC contract(s).

Performing spot audits of PMC WER cost and performance.

Reviewing PMC invoices to ensure proper cost allocation and the existence of required backup documentation are provided.

Serve as Project Focal Point for any owner and external audits (coordinate and support)

Coordinating the Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly management updates for the Project areas of responsibility:
• Provide general business support to Project Manager and PMT
• Ensure sufficient and effective allocation of local office facilities and equipment
• Coordinate miscellaneous business related activities and initiatives from Core SADARA, Dow, and Saudi Aramco

Working with Owner Team at Saudi Aramco - Shaybah NGL to manage five Projects in Early Works & Infrastructure Division (Site Preparation, Industrial Support Facilities, Residential and Industrial Complex Expansion and Temporary Facilities, my key responsibilities were as following:

Supervising cost team consist of three members to provide all supports required for the project cost control area.

Member of Procurement team and responsible to drive Internal Administrative Procedure of the SRC paper to place the Purchase Orders thru preparing Miscellaneous Credit Memo & Single Source Justification to resolve Contractor’s financial difficulties.

Setup an invoice/payment processing procedures for the Division.

Monitoring the project expenditure on daily basis, as well manage the project budget and forecast cost at completion based on current project trends.

Monitoring other project charges booked through the Saudi Aramco cost ledger through AGLI and ACAC reports.

Prepare project status update reports (MPU, PPU, MIS, NDE, and Cost Rack-up Reports).

Interfacing with project personnel (PE's, SPE's and PM) to develop project forecasts and analyze project costs.

Implementing financial controls which include authorizations limits of expenditure and cash flow projections.

Sr. Business Development Executive: My role in the project is to convince additional custom brokers to subscribe and utilize the project e-services (Import/Export Manifest Download Service, Import Declaration Service, Customs Amendments Servic..etc.) And liaise with project stakeholders Port Authority, Customs Authority and Public Investment Funds to resolve any obstacles during project implementation. In addition, observe and work to secure new opportunities and projects in the IT field for the company by:

Defining, refining, testing and implementing strategic business plans identifying key activities, priorities and risks include primary research, and competitive analysis.

Ensuring the Directorate business continuity and recovery requirements are met.

Providing business development recommendations for partner organizations, as required.

Preparing and presenting detailed reports to the senior management as required.

Participating in the Company Setup thru SAGIA in order to seek and convert new opportunities to real projects.

As Accounts Manager, my duties are to develop and maintain business relations between Al-Asila and customers / partners on a global scale, including responsibility for:

Driving the process of developing prospects to customer / partner status.

Cultivating customer relations to secure on-going business and expansion.

Preparing of special statistical reports, detailed accounts information, analysis of a complex and difficult nature for management.

Working with Owner Team at Saudi Aramco to manage three projects in Central Region Projects Division (Sulfur Recovery Unit and Co-Generation Plant and Diesel Heat Treatment) assets worth more than 300 Million USD, my key responsibilities were as following:

Maintaining status reports to ensure frequent and timely updates to work unit management such reports detailing project status and issues.

Developing, implementing and controlling the project accounting and job costing system to meet project requirements.

Liaising with contractors to clarify cost related issues and developing timely and meaningful monthly invoices.

Preparing cost reports on a monthly base such as: Monthly Project Updates (MPU) Report of various projects, and Management Information System (MIS) Report.

Assist the Contracts Advisor in managing the Change orders administration process.

Develop spreadsheets for cost control purposes.
