The entire gamet of H R functions. Was responsible to set-up the HR department, evolve HR policies from the beginging, as it was a green field project.
This is a senior management position, just below board level and was incharge of the complete range of HR functions. The company has 2000 employees.
BEML is a large engineering company under Ministry of Defence manufacturing a vide range of earth moving equipments, mining equipments, defence vehicles, main battle tanks, engines and hydraulic and power line equipments. Headed the HR department and was responsible for all HR functions.
Was heading the Personal Dept. of R & D centre and was responsible to locate the best talent in cable technology and optical fibre and training & retention.
Assisted the Personnel Chief in all HR functions.
Assisted the Personnel Manager in all Labour Matters & Welfare functions, which includes compliance of statutory requirements and social security law, factory law, compensation law etc.,
This is a two years post graduate diploma in Behavioural Sciences with special subjects on Human Resource Management
