• Collaborating with the CEO to develop and institute brand new HR policies and procedures.
• Set the vision and direction of HR team by managing individual & team performance goals. Monitoring real time service levels, schedule adherence and holding the team accountable to meet and exceed performance targets.

• Overseeing all HR related activities in both Dubai and Pakistan branches including recruiting and remote talent management.
• HR Budgeting for current year and forecasting for upcoming quarters based on updated resource requirements.
• Completed the initial annual hiring targets within 3 months. 30 headcounts including Tech and Non -Tech roles - 70% direct hiring and 30% through recruiters considering the demand and cost saving.
• Lead all employee engagement efforts for senior leaders and employees.
• Handling all admin activities for Dubai and Pakistan office, vendor management and events planning.
• Managing 4 Sales & Distribution channels as their HR SPOC.
• Handle all HR activities (Resource Requirement, Resignations / Separations, Internal Movements, Promotions, PIP/PCD processes etc.) and provide monthly HC analysis and updated business reports (MIS) for the channels to higher management.
• Leading SOW 3rd party hiring project in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Onboarding Team, Strategic Vendor Management Team, Payroll Team, Organizational Development and Outsourcing agencies.
• Responsible for channel structures as per business approved HC and in terms of span of control.
• Maintain an updated database for all the staff / recruit levels (Staff list, recruitment list, exit list, warning letters list etc.).
• Forecasting for resource requirement and ensure positions filled at all levels, within approved budget.
• Manage Employee Relation related matters and provide decision support through HR metrics (disciplinary actions, grievances etc.)
• Follow up on execution and delivery of all business requirements. Apply policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflow and to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Ensuring JDs at all levels are available in records and all titles in the system are as per approved functional titles.
• Handling team & team tasks in absence of manager and execute any additional activities or assignments deployed by management.
• Part of FAB HR Process re-engineering workshops.
• Custodian of FAB Islamic annual employee engagement budget for planning and utilization.
• Responsible for performance appraisal for business to monitor performance, comparing achieved VS assigned targets and issue Target letters, Warning letters and termination letters to low/non-performers. Attending exit interviews/meetings
• SPOC of the department to communicate with all internal and external departments such as outsource agencies for visas and concern letters for 3rd party staff, FAB Business School for training modules requirements and mandatory trainings etc.
• Creator of an automated process to extract reports from the system and further extract information by using formulae to expedite data collections for management reporting.
• Founder of organized MIS reports, systematic candidates’ application submission process and coordination process with in the internal and external departments.
• Demonstrated flexibility in different forms of working and in cross-functional teams with a good sense of urgency to complete multiple tasks within deadline maintaining the quality of work.
• Creator of MIS for different functions, enhanced the quality of the business with less rejections from CRM and discrepancies from operations/CAD department.
