1. System Enginner at Genius Computer Technology, Jan 2010 to Present: • Managing and directing projects in networking solutions, Server installations, Telephone Systems and CCTV Systems
• Manage the budget of the project including all the financial and administrative matters, plus dealing with the purchase orders, filing, salary management, petty cash orders and reimbursements, managing project materials and equipments.
• Supervise a team of helpdesk technicians, various servers’ issues (installation, troubleshooting, monitoring and planning) for many different servers (DC server, file server, MS Exchange, ISA, WSUS, Antivirus servers, etc), arrange the backup plans and testing, and maintenance.
• Responsible for 400+ (PC and labptop), 12 Servers and Three locations.
• Experienced working on the following fields: Network Structure maintenance (Switches, VLAN, Fortigate Firewall, WLAN, ISDN), ISA server, Exchange server, WSUS server, Symantec Antivirus and firewall (Server, Client), D.C, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, cabling structure, disaster recovery, system backup and (Raid 1, 5/ hot spare). In addition, a good knowledge about VOIP telephone system.
