* Attend all necessary inspections as identified in the approved inspection
and test plan (ITP).
* I generate client request for information (RFI) where required providing
sufficient notice for hold, witness and inspection points.
* Responsible for all on site subcontractor work inspection according to
submitted request for inspection.
* Monitor and ensure that a comprehensive record of documentation and
certification of work is maintained and assist in the satisfactory handover
of the completed project to the client.
* Ensure the field construction organization in monitoring the quality of the
work in accordance with the approved site quality plan, inspection and test
plan.
* Confer with supervisory personnel, owner, contractor or designer
professionals to discuss resolve matters, like work procedure, complaints
or construction problems.
* Plan, organize or direct activities concerned with the construction or
maintenance of structures, facilities or systems.
* Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building safety
codes or other regulations.
* Apply for obtain all necessary permits or licenses.
* Primarily responsible for the overall site activities related to civil discipline.
