Responsibilities:
➢To maintain the record of aggregate, sand, cement and admixture used in concrete batching plant
➢Inspection and monitoring of materials, methods, and equipment on an active construction site.
➢Witness sampling and testing for fresh concrete at Concrete Checkpoint with approved 3rd party.
➢Implementation of project specific Quality management plan and procedures in accordance with contractual requirements.
➢Manage Non-Conformance and Corrective action data bases and ensure investigation, follow-up and corrective actions are implemented.
➢On Sites supervision.
➢Project management.
➢Daily report submission regarding project.
➢Document, keep track and archive all quality data and audit on entire project.
➢Daily update measurement of work done with record and progress. .
Project: Security planning and Development agency. Location: Riyadh KSA Responsibilities:
➢Preparing WIR& MIR as per ITP.
➢Preparing and submission Material Approval Request (MAR)
➢Preparing CAR (Corrective action report).
➢Issuance of INCR/Quality observation for quality control as per standards, codes, and specifications.
➢Study of building drawings and execute the work.
➢Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the civil work groups at site.
➢To check the entire work as according to approved drawings.
➢Review inspection reports and records of Quality Control carried out on completed and running Project activities.
➢Every two week once attend the site technical coordination meeting.
