I am responsible for support through design, administration, implementation and maintenance of networks. I provide support in developing, documenting and enforcing new IT policy. I am documenting the root cause of complex technical issues. I am responsible to create, develop and implement corrective action plans for complex issues. I am responsible to design, develop and test LAN, WANs, Internet, Internet and other communication systems. Perform products reviews and provide service delivery considerations to meet the business objectives. Administration and Maintenance of all technology related software including engineering software. Deployment, administration and inventory all hardware/software assets. I am responsible to create user manuals on different technologies including phones, operating systems and software. I have transformed the company manual timecard system to computerized time sheet system by using the Deltek Vision software. Use forensic tools and techniques for attack reconstruction in order to resolve integration and testing issues. Develop and perform security audits, configuration backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the organization’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Installing and operating the computer operating system and peripheral equipment and to ensure computer functions run smoothly.
1. Taught various information technology courses including programming, hardware/software configuration, and office productivity software, operating systems, virtual machines and Network Administration for intermediate grade levels.
2. In addition to teaching responsibilities, supported the school’s technology department with Installation and troubleshooting of server operating systems and application deployments
3. Installation of new hardware or software in computer labs.
4. Installation and administration of LAN and WAN, as well as resizing and designing of LAN.
5. Configuration of electronic attendance system.
6. Installation and configuration of security cameras.
7. Responsible for online admission process of 9th and 10th grades.
8. Responsible to develop and update database of school students and teachers.
9. Administers, performs, monitors, and maintains backups of servers and Computers.
10. Keep detailed records of tutoring sessions, Student Progress Records and/or relevant forms.
11. Develops and implements custom solutions using scripting / programming.
12. Focus on Students Success Strategies as: goal setting, time-management, problem solving, study methods, and research skills into their own curriculum.
13. Analyzing data to determine and recommend upgrade, migration and modifications to existing networks and systems
