Major responsibilities include:
Looking after the business development program of my firm and dealing with the clients
Preparation of bid documents for participation in different tenders
Design coordination between architectural design and other building services design that include structural, electrical, HVAC and landscaping design
Supervision of construction works as consultant’s project engineer and employing various quality control techniques to ensure work is according to ASTM standards
Vetting and approval of Interim Payment Certificates
Preparation of different documents for client e.g. Bill of Quantities, various reports including Monthly and Quarterly Progress Reports
Having full control on FIDIC and PPRA, making correspondence with Client and Contractor regarding contractual and technical matters
Major responsibilities includes:
Planning and supervision of Infrastructural development related activates that include roads, sewerage system, water supply and storm water drain
Planning all the activities and prepare look ahead schedule of next week
Ensuring that the work is according to the specifications using various field and laboratory tests
Preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings
Compilation and analysis of data for use in Interim Payment Certificates
Correspondence with Client and Consultants
Writing various reports including Monthly and Quarterly Progress Reports
Monitoring the overall budget of the project
Eliminating the project delays and constraints
Coordinating with the consultant for smooth running of the project
Checking the Contracts for Sub-Contractors.
