Duties:
• Managing a team of 15 persons, directing the projects from conception to completion going through the schematic and development stages, until issuing the IFC and the specifications of the project.
• Estimating budgets and handing over schedules for the fit-out projects
• Meeting with customers and determining the requirements
• Overseeing all onsite constructions and their compliance with building codes
• Administers the delivery of the project and ensures that deadlines are met and the work progress meets the project plan.

End user: Qatar Civil Aviation - QCA
I worked with ADPI on the re-design of the BUATC; the end user, QCA, has requested to change the internal temperature of the building from 23 degrees to 18. Therefore, there was a huge impact on the architectural drawings, mechanical and all the other disciplines. I was responsible of the architectural re-design and issuing a new IFC documents and drawings to the contractor, in addition to the re-submission of the building plan to the QCDD for approval.
Duties:
• Coordinating with the mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers, and making the necessary changes to the architectural drawings of the building while insuring to keep the concept that was accepted by the end user QCA. (Qatar Civil Aviation)
• Reviewing all the IFC drawings and reports and re-designing the affected ones.
• Attending the regular meetings and workshop and work on the contractor’s RFI.
• Preparing all the necessary drawings for the building plan for QCDD submission, while following the specific submission guidelines of layering.
• Coordinating with our QRC to issue the submission to QCDD in compliance with NFPA and FSS.
• Preparing the FFE presentation for the client for approval.
• Designing the exterior main Pylon/sign for the building.

I worked for HBS trading and contracting, which is the employer representative and the engineer for many projects for H.E. Sheikh Saoud Al Thani.
Duties:
• Working on the Contractors RFI, RFC.
• Inspect the site according to the contractor’s inspection requests for all the architectural works and ensure the quality of works and its compliance with the shop drawings, project specifications and codes (QCS, IBC, NFPA, FSS, and BS)
• Ensure the quality of the architectural works and finishes.
• Review the contractors’ letters and reply according to the contract and the benefit of the owner.
• Review, approve and process all the architectural technical submittals (materials, method statements, shop drawings, as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals).
• Issue the architectural snagging list for the project and follow up with the contractor.
• Work with designers, contractors and tenants on the partition works and design the office space layout while ensuring its compatibility with the as-built architectural reflected ceiling plans and the MEP drawings.
• Designed the main lobby reception counters and the outdoor pylons.

Duties:
• Act as a liaison between client (the owner), designers and consultants in order to provide the best solutions and designs to the client.

Duties:
• Prepare the bubble diagram, conceptual design and design drawings while ensuring its compatibility with the regulations and codes in order to submit for municipality approvals DC1
• Prepare the 3d renderings so that the client can assess and evaluate the designs and ideas at an early stage.
Duties:
• Engage meetings with clients and analyze their needs.
• Manage budgets, advise and consult customers.
• Develop/Review the preliminary architectural drawings
• Develop and present final design recommendations through appropriate presentation media.
• Develop/Review the details architectural designs
• Provide interior design drawings and realistic 3d perspectives for residential and commercial villas.
• Supervise and inspect the sites for coordination with other contractors, sub-contractors.
