▪Desing, engineer and source out an end-to-end Smart Waste Management Platform as part of smart city solution that includes ERP, IoT, RFID, Field Force Management, AI/ML and Control Centre. The solution procures the latest technology to minimize human interaction and enhance automation, safety and operational optimization.
▪Restructuring of AI/ML offerings line for an enterprise with complete engineering of products, services and solutions. Review internal structure to align with the offering solutions for multiple industries to documentations and ready to market strategy.
▪Design, engineer and source out an end-to-end IoT solution for F&B to manage and control restaurant operation. With AI in the core the solution monitors the complete operation and compliance with related laws and regulations, it also provides holistic insight on the business value chain. The results are optimized operation, improved quality, and service, and higher profits.
▪Complete value chain consultancy for a unique NFT start-up that combines physical art e-marketplace with NFT and private social network. Engagement started from the initial concept of the project and vision and roadmap to the actual product. Help in evaluating and selecting strategic partners, and setup internal structure and team. Consult on building up processes and procedures framework for marketing, sales, and operation.
▪Cybersecurity audit and compliance to mandates set by regulatory authorities (SAMA, Saudi Aramco and NCA). Provide several clients in multiple industries (Fintech, Insurance, healthcare, Services, manufacturing, etc.) with gap analysis reports on and recommendations to complete the gaps.
▪A turnkey design and sourcing of an intelligent CCTV/Access Control network to a smart city project to monitor more the 700 mobile sites. The solution is AI enabled with edge computing and analytics that helps our client to reduce human intervention in day-to-day operation and guarantee proper security in remote areas.
▪Consulting on country wide project roll-out, for auditors and inspectors in the geological and environmental space. Covering the kingdom with more than 80 offices, select the best technology with AI and Analytics to automate the field team activities, inspection, and reporting process with real time communication channels to all stakeholders.
