Utilization of power, raw material, manpower and other inputs to minimize expenditure and cost of production
reducing the wastage & damages
utilizing manpower to increase production
motivating manpower to increase their efficiency

Direct Control of all Operations and Management Activities.
To ensure the FIFO system in six warehouses
Material Requirement Planning
To control SAP operations and reports
To coordinate with Production teams of Lamination, Impregnation & Resin (LIR) for smooth production
To maintain minimum stock levels of all local and imported items
To prepare the reports concerning supply chain operations, maintain all filling & records
