Responsible for preparing of inspection reports, assessment reports and office orders of the colleges visited by the Affiliation Committee for grant of Affiliation.
Responsible to official respond the applicant / affiliated institutions accordingly
Looking after the work done by the other staff i.e. reports, official letters / notes,
Responsible to prepare and update the record of affiliated colleges and to put on the web site of University of the Punjab for the information of general public as well as students and their parents.
To deal the public inquiry regarding the affiliation matters.
Independent handling of day to day operations.
Responsible to prepare annul report twice in a year.
Responsible to keep the record update of fixed assets of the office.
