As part of strategy team who was responsible of The digital strategy development. Jawaher’s role was assisting and participating in the following:
- Conducted a strategic assessment which includes (Vision, Mission, Themes, Strategic Objectives, Key Performance Indicators and Strategic Initiatives)
- Benchmarked client’s practices with regional and global best practices
- Conducted a SWOT analysis to identify the client’s strategic issues
- Formulated the strategic objectives and its KPIs
- Identified the appropriate initiatives to achieve the strategic objective
- Aligned the digital strategy with business strategy
- Assessed the strategic risks that associated with implementing the digital strategy
