Responsibilities:
* Day to day inspection Of all activities like level of excavation,
Concrete work, Curtain wall work, Plastering work, Wall work,
Screed work, painting work, Tile work, plumbing work,
installation of Aluminum and Wooden doors and windows,
wooden Bidding work, Marble work.
* Inspection of concrete finishing and building finishing
according to standard and specification.
* Check the protection of concrete and finishing of concrete
work.
* Coordinating on behalf of the company with Contractor and
consultant for site Engineering.
* Implementation of Specified Design on Site.
* Inspection of all formwork and steel work.
* Inspection of works by contractor and nominated
subcontractor / suppliers as directed by approved inspection
and test plan.
* Liaise with the contractor’s field staff to ensure that all required
testing has been performed.
* Advice the contractor’s field staff of poor quality work and
deficiencies detected during inspections and assists / advice
on remedial works required.
* Report deviations from requirements of contract documents to
QC Manager.
* Witnessing of the testing of compressive strength of concrete
at the 3rd party laboratory.
* Witnessing the sample of concrete material for analysis.
Project: Construction of Residential & Commercial Tower
Responsible for raising Inspection Requests to the
Consultants.
* Coordinating on behalf of the company with department and
consultant for site supervision.
* Inspect & Execute Structure Work.

* Preparation of daily Progress Report.
* Ensures that all related civil jobs in any assigned project are
carried out safely and on time.
* Participates in the review and preparation of modifications or
projects, including reviewing designs and scopes of work.
* Coordinates with other department regarding jobs that will
require involvement of other discipline areas, i.e., electrical,
instrument, mechanical.
* Reviews technical designs and specifications for modifications/
installations, and discusses, evaluates and supervises the
work to be carried out.
* Provides technical advice and direction, investigating and
diagnosing complex or recurring technical faults.
* Sees to it that all activities are performed in accordance with
client’s safety rules and equipment used is as per plant’s
safety standards.
* Maintains satisfactory standards of housekeeping in area of
responsibility during and at job.
Engineering Projects, managing supervisory staff and guiding them to deliver their duties
amicably. Having good experience as Q.C Engineer and involve in conduct of internal and joint
inspections with client. Experience in Handling of QA / QC documents and control all the NCRs
and made remedial actions.
I possess excellent knowledge of relevant civil engineering codes, specifications and
construction practices. I am very well familiar with the Construction Management Procedures,
dealing with clients, consultant and contractors personnel, convening construction and progress
meetings also the administering of construction documentation.
