Manage the complete review of the contractor’s Design for the Sewage Treatment Plants at various stages -preliminary, detailed design heading to IFC in full co-ordination with in-house design team.
Review and monitor Contractor’s progress of works at site closely and highlight, if not in line with the planned schedule.
Arrange workshop meetings/presentation with the responsible parties to resolve any design related issues in order to streamline the design review
Work closely with the Employer’s Representative to ensure instructions and decisions are fully implemented along with thorough co-ordination with the Contractor.
Convening weekly Progress and Technical Meeting with the Client and the Contractor.
Writing correspondences to the client and contractor.
Monitor closely the Safety & Health related issues at site, report and assist/advise the Contractor’s safety team in sorting them out.
Monitor staff performance continuously and advise for any improvement.
Being vigilant and act pro-actively to remove bottlenecks in the delivery of the project.
Support the Senior Resident Engineer for timely delivery of project (with focus on time, cost & quantity).
Receive Contractor’s submittals and correspondences in general and action them.
Act as liaison/interface point of contact for the client and other contractors/parties involved in the project.
Manage the review of the ITS/UGN design and bring to final approval by all authorities. Review the Contractor's monthly performance
and maintaining the KPIs. Lead a team of AREs and ground site staffs along with mentoring them. Support the Senior Resident Engineer in the decision making process.

Looking after the complete activities of the roadworks. Responsible for the Earthworks, Services and their re-locations & protections, drainage works, kerb stones works plus all the related works.
Preparation of Method Statements, review of shop drawings prior to submission to the Consultant for approval etc.
Responsible for the complete road works including Earthworks, Paving, Asphalt works. Plus looked after all the works related to relocation and installation of new services along the road network.

Responsible for the approval of Shop Drawings prior to start of works at site. Convening Weekply progress meerinsg with Client and the Cntractor. Co-ordinating with the Sub-Contractor. Following up with the Program of works.
