 Solve desktops/Systems/Peripherals related service calls assigned by IT-Helpdesk for all branches in a timely manner & to the users’ satisfaction.

 Configure/Install required OS, hardware & software used by Bank in a timely manner.
 Configure/Install required infrastructure for new branches & ATM, CDM machines in a timely manner.
 Change backup tapes in the branches regularly as per backup policy.
 Play key role in software & Hardware rollouts, migrations & upgrades.
 Coordinate with vendors when necessary for systems support.
 Support & Troubleshoot Blackberry devices.
 Scan weekly all Desktops if any users have local admin rights.
 1st level support for Cisco Routers and Cisco Switches.
 Configure Alcatel IP Phones for users.
 Handling IT Asset Management System for the Bank.
 Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a systematic manner and completing tasks in a satisfactory manner which meets both customer and Bank expectations.
